European Classical Chic

Modern European Classical Design

Extravagance and opulence without function, common characteristics of a Modern Classical design, can be refreshing and charming if its designed tastefully. The interpretation of Modern Classical design for the show flat at the Balmoral Jewel in Singapore , begs to differ. Designed by Splendor, the interior designers for this show flat , the overall effect is modern with a touch of classical splendor.

Living Room

The modest size three bedroom apartment has unified team on a neutral palette with moulded timber paneling spray finished in cream white  which gives it a modern European look.

The design is a puts into harmony the contrast between dark traditional wood furniture and neutral creme color theme. The interior is full of small details that all tell us that it’s traditional. All furniture, lighting, doors and ceiling decor elements are done in that style. Windows around the apartment are quite big so there is enough natural light to highlight all that beauty.

Dining Area

They are mostly  decorated by light plain curtains in order to not overload interior details.  Dark furniture and dark floors only highlight the spacious of rooms.

Veering away from the modern contemporary and minimalist trends, the Modern Classical design with functional spaces and subtle opulence  is a serious alternative for homeowners looking for new ideas when home decoration.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is afforded with a slightly more luxurious treatment with warm colour tones and hint of gold applied to the bedroom stylings including the side table.
