Space is one of the most precious commodity in Singapore. And yet most designs sacrifice space by erecting non functional structures in the name of design. Space within a dwelling should be open and have dynamic interrelationship with the rest of the areas. It should be free flowing and not adulterated with “dysfunctional ” structures.

Of all the rooms in the home , the Living room is where we tend to to spend most of our time. This space is regarded as the nucleus of our living environment. It is also a place both for our private pursuits such as reading as well as our communal and entertaining activities. Accordingly the living room should also extend to the dining and the outdoors. High level of activity dictates that the layout be kept simple and uncluttered. This would help to create a harmonious and pleasant ambience.
